The MA in Public History and Heritage is a flexible programme designed to offer the academic training and relevant employability skills needed for a range of careers in this field.
You will have the chance to engage with external heritage organisations and gain practical, hands-on experience with staff projects in heritage and public history.
A range of stimulating and relevant modules are available to choose, covering topics from Ancient Egypt, Greece, and Rome to contemporary local history.
In the second part of the course you have a choice of a 60-credit practice-based dissertation project, or a 60-credit written dissertation project.
