Entry Requirements

  • An honours degree (minimum 2:2) in a related subject area such as any built environment-related field (civil engineering, quantity surveying, estimating, construction management, architecture etc.), accountancy, finance, business, management etc.
  • Minimum English Language entry requirements: IELTS Academic 6.0 (with no less than 5.5 in any component) or equivalent

Graduates will be advised on how to apply for the Association of Project Management (APM), Project Management Institute (PMI) and other professional body membership, for example, becoming a Certified Associate in Project Management is an asset that helps distinguish graduates in the job market.
